This week on The Mind Full Podcast, I’m delighted to bring you two incredible guests.
First up is Cork man Cian Twomey who, for the last 12 years, has been a comedy content creator, focusing mainly on character sketches depicting hilarious real-life scenarios. His work has earned him recognition as one of social media’s content pioneers, with a following that reflects his hard work and popularity. Across all social platforms, Cian has gathered over 9 million followers, with his videos exceeding a total of 4 billion views. That is mind-boggling!
Despite his enormous audience, Cian does not do many interviews. This is only his second-ever long-form interview and the very first time he has spoken in depth about his recent ADHD diagnosis.

This week on The Mind Full Podcast we are so excited to bring you an incredible guest in the form of one of social media’s content pioneers. For the last 12 years, Cork man Cian Twomey has been a comedy content creator, focusing mainly on character sketches depicting hilarious real-life scenarios. Over all social media platforms, Cian has gathered over 9 million followers, with his videos exceeding a total of 4 billion views. That is mind boggling! Despite his enormous audience, Cian does not do many interviews. This is only his second ever long form interview and the very first time he has spoken in depth about his recent ADHD diagnosis.
The Strengths of Neurodiversity is our topic for today and I’m also delighted to be joined by clinical psychologist and star of TV’s Operation Transformation Dr. Eddie Murphy. Eddie has such a great mind and a great way of making complex concepts accessible and we’re going to do our best to make the area of neurodivergence including the likes of ADHD as understandable as possible.
If ADHD or neurodivergence is something that you or a loved one are navigating at present and you’re curious about what it means, how it’s experienced, the road to diagnosis and what the benefits and strengths of neurodivergence are then this is the place to be.

Understanding Neurodiversity
Since the Strengths of Neurodiversity is our topic for this week, it’s only right that I welcome back to the show, clinical psychologist and star of TV’s Operation Transformation, Dr. Eddie Murphy. Eddie has a great mind and a wonderful ability to make complex concepts accessible, and we aim to make the area of neurodivergence, including ADHD, as understandable as possible. If ADHD or neurodivergence is something that you or a loved one are navigating currently, and you’re curious about what it means, how it’s experienced, the road to diagnosis, and what the benefits and strengths of neurodivergence are, then this is the episode for you.

Key Questions Explored
In this episode, we’ll tackle several important questions:
- What is ADHD?
- How does it feel for the person with ADHD?
- What are the other common types of neurodiversity?
- What are the common misconceptions?
- What is the best way to get a diagnosis?
- Do we actually need a diagnosis?
- What are the strengths of neurodiversity?
Why This Topic Matters
The areas of ADHD and neurodiversity are being talked about more frequently these days. We’ve received numerous requests from listeners to cover this topic, and I’m really pleased about that because it’s an area I wanted to be educated on myself. I approach this episode very much as a listener, just like you, a parent who wants to understand how to navigate this space as my children get older. Most of all, I want it to make sense for everyone.
I truly believe this episode will be powerful for those who suspect they are not neurotypical, have a child displaying signs, or know someone who has had a diagnosis and is seeking clarity.
So, let’s get stuck into this week’s insightful episode, where we break down the myths and celebrate the strengths of neurodiversity. You won’t want to miss this enlightening discussion!

In this season finale of The Mind Full Podcast, we dive deep into one of my all-time favourite topics: relationships – how they shape us, challenge us, and ultimately help us grow. From romantic bonds to work dynamics and the tricky relationship we have with ourselves, it’s all on the table. And who better to explore this rich terrain with than psychologist, leadership coach, and literal rock star, Louize Carroll!
Louize makes a welcome return to The Mind Full Podcast to discuss her powerful 12-week course Wisely Attached, which helps people rewire unhelpful relationship patterns. Together, we talk about the big questions: Why do we keep repeating the same arguments? Why doesn’t passive-aggressive self-help book placement work? And when is it time to walk away?
This warm, honest, and often hilarious conversation offers real insights for anyone who’s ever loved, lost, or just wondered why people can’t say what they’re bloody well feeling! Strap in, it’s a brilliant way to wrap up the season!
If you’re new to the series, why not take the time to go back and catch up on the wonderful interviews that you may have missed!
