Hey everyone! I hope you all had a fantastic week! I’m so excited for you to hear this week’s episode. We’ve got a real treat in store for you – the one and only Jenny Keane is joining me for a conversation that’s bound to be equal parts enlightening and entertaining. So grab a cuppa, get cosy, and let’s dive into the world of pleasure together!

Meet Jenny Keane
Allow me to introduce you to Jenny – she’s a holistic sex educator, sexological bodyworker (which, let’s be honest, sounds both incredible and a tad frightening!), a tantric yoga teacher, an entrepreneur, and an all-around breath of fresh air.
Jenny is on a mission to revolutionize the way we experience, understand, and prioritize pleasure – and honestly, who doesn’t want more of that in their life, right?
The Pleasure Mindset Revolution
In today’s fast-paced and hectic world, it’s all too easy to become disconnected from our bodies and our pleasure. But fear not, because Jenny is here to guide us back to that vital connection. With her online seminars, sold-out live events, and her world-famous Late Late Sex Toy Show, Jenny has become a household name, spreading joy and pleasure far and wide.

This week I’m joined by Sexologist, Educator and quite possibly Ireland’s most joyful advocate for pleasure – Jenny Keane.
Having first featured on The Mind Full Podcast last year in Season One, Jenny is making a welcomed return to the series. Jenny communicates the topic of pleasure in a wonderfully accessible and articulate way. So it’s no wonder why her workshops are so popular and why her live shows always sell out in an instant!
This week, we’re talking about why pleasure has fallen off of the To-Do List and how to bring it firmly back. Jenny and her creation Oh! Moment has a commitment to enhancing sexual wellbeing through holistic sex education workshops, events, body-safe sex toys and more. Jenny uses a trauma-informed approach and, with her PhD studies in clinical sexology, enriches the content and practices she shares with such delightful ease and humour.
So, if your libido has gone into hibernation or your idea of foreplay is syncing Google Calendars, this episode is for you – it’s about making time for what matters, starting with ourselves!
If you’re new to the series, why not take the time to go back and catch up on the wonderful interviews that you may have missed!

This week, I am delighted to share this episode with you which takes you on the journey that I had on both my treks to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and to reach Mount Everest Base Camp – neither of which I could have done without being armed with the right supports, prep-work and people alongside me.
In this episode you will hear audio recordings that I recorded on both journeys. I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in spring 2004 and reached Mount Everest Base Camp just a few weeks ago.
Before I started on this whole journey, I wished that I could have listened to a podcast with someone with whom I could relate who could tell answer questions that I had such as:
-What’s the training like?
-What kind of gear do I need?
-What are the people like who take these trips?
-How fit do you need to be?
-What is altitude sickness like (and how do you avoid it?!).
Sit back, relax and enjoy as I take you on two of the most incredible journeys!
